Customs Charges
For all international orders the recipient will be liable to pay any customs charges due. You will be contacted directly should any charges arise. As of 1st January 2021 this will also apply to all EU destinations.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Products can be exchanged for another listed item of the same value or for store credit. As all products are made to order, refunds cannot be given unless faulty. In order to exchange the buyer must pay for return shipping.

Shipping
The majority of products will be sent directly from Catherine's studio in West Sussex after being hand finished & quality checked.
At this time, large wallpaper and fabric orders will be sent directly from our production partner in London (wallpaper) and Faversham (Fabric.) Any instruction required will be emailed to you. If you require a hard-copy please let us know and we can arrange it for you.
Depending on the size and weight your parcel may be sent via Royal Mail or Courier Service.
